O escritor e dramaturgo Pawlo Cidade lançará no dia 15 de novembro o seu segundo romance, intitulado de “O Santo de Mármore”.
A obra retrata o início do movimento estudantil em Ilhéus no final dos anos 80, embalado pelo fim da ditadura militar e pela crise econômica que afetou dezenas de municípios baianos.
Era a primeira vez na história de Ilhéus que estudantes entravam em greve. Embora se trate de uma obra de ficção, os fatos, acontecimentos e muitos personagens existiram e ainda existem fora das páginas do livro.
O lançamento do romance acontecerá na Academia de Letras de Ilhéus, às 18h. Cada exemplar custará R$ 30.
